Import a previously exported memory envelope

Import an exported envelope into the caller's own memory graph.

The envelope's source_user_id is remapped to the authenticated user. MERGE semantics: records with UUIDs already present in the target graph are skipped. Embedding regeneration runs asynchronously; poll GET /memories/import/{import_id} to track progress.
