Get graph-ingest job status

Report the status of an async graph-ingest job (from POST /memories/graph with wait=false).

Lets callers poll until ingestion completes before searching — the async counterpart to wait=true. done is true once the job reaches a terminal state; succeeded distinguishes success from failure.
