`GET /auth/email/exists`

Check whether a user account exists for the given email.

No authentication required. The optional ``tenant_id`` scopes the lookup
to a specific GIP tenant.

## Query parameters

- `email` (`check_email_exists_auth_email_exists_get.query.email`; string, required)
  - format `email`
- `tenant_id` (`check_email_exists_auth_email_exists_get.query.tenant_id`; any of, optional)
  - any of: `string`, `null`
