`GET /skills/categories`

Distinct categories across the skills visible to the caller.

## Authentication

- `HTTPBearer`, http, header `Authorization`

## Query parameters

- `app_id` (`list_skill_categories.query.app_id`; any of, optional) — App scope: rows for this app plus global rows. None = no filter.
  - any of: `string`, `null`

## Header parameters

- `X-On-Behalf-Of` (`list_skill_categories.header.X-On-Behalf-Of`; any of, optional)
  - any of: `string`, `null`
- `X-External-User-Id` (`list_skill_categories.header.X-External-User-Id`; any of, optional)
  - any of: `string`, `null`
- `X-App-Id` (`list_skill_categories.header.X-App-Id`; any of, optional)
