`GET /minds/{mind_id}/skills/{skill_key}/files/{file_path}`

One file of a skill this mind carries, for anyone who may read the mind.

The read path for someone who does not own the skill: a grantee gets the
file list from ``consult`` and the bytes here. The skill must be one the
mind carries, so naming any other key is a 404 however readable that skill
is elsewhere.

## Path parameters

- `mind_id` (`read_mind_skill_file.path.mind_id`; string, required)
  - format `uuid`
- `skill_key` (`read_mind_skill_file.path.skill_key`; string, required)
- `file_path` (`read_mind_skill_file.path.file_path`; string, required)

- `X-App-Id` (`read_mind_skill_file.header.X-App-Id`; any of, optional)
