`PUT /minds/{mind_id}/banner`

Upload or replace the mind's banner. Accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG up
to 5 MB. Replacing removes the previous file. Returns the updated mind.

Gated as a write on the mind: its owner, or someone holding an admin grant.
A viewer the mind was shared with cannot reskin it for everyone else.
